 Personalized, custom‐made, or special‐order items are non‐returnable.
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a
manufacturer's defect or an error on our part.
 We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
5. Refund Process:
 Refunds will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
 If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your
original method of payment.
 Please allow 7 (Seven) days for the refund to appear on your statement.
6. Exchanges:

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
 If you receive a damaged or defective item due to manufacturing, please contact our
Customer Support Team immediately.
 We will arrange for a replacement or refund for items that meet the criteria. In such cases,
return shipping costs will be covered by SA Barn Doors
 We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to assist in the resolution
process. Please have images ready to provide to our Customer Support Team.
