To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are returning or exchanging the product because it is damaged or defective, we will be liable for the cost. A courier will be sent to you to collect the product being returned.

If the return of a product is due to change of heart or you don't want the product anymore, the refund will exclude the initial delivery fee and 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund. You will also cover the cost of returning the product to

It is highly crucial that you use couriers with a system for tracking so that you can ensure that the product gets to us.

If an item is worth R1500 or less, it can be returned within 30 days after receiving it from us. If the item is worth R1501 or more, it can be returned within 90 days after receiving it from us.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed by Leroy Merlin
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to [email protected]. We will give you a call as soon as possible, and we will arrange for a courier to come and collect from you.
