Should you NOT be completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever you may opt to return the products to us for a refund within 14 days of delivery/receipt. Goods returned must be within the original packaging and without any scratches or blemishes (‘as received’ condition).

The date of delivery or receipt is the date upon which the goods are signed for via courier or collected via Courier Guy / Order collection.
Refunds are valid for the product pricing only and exclude the initial delivery fees via Courier or Courier Guy etc.
Refunds will be processed within 72 hours from the date of receipt by us which includes a 48 hour period for technical assessment.
Please provide your banking details as all refunds are via an EFT to your nominated bank account. (we cannot refund directly to your Credit Card or PayPal account)

Items returned to us after the 14 day window will not be refunded. We are not liable to refund the shipping costs to return the product.

You (the customer), will be liable for a handling fee in the event where goods have been returned and a refund needs to be issued.

Once received at the our return location. your order status will be changed to ‘returned’.

Return shipping costs are for the customers account. The preferred method of returning goods is via the ‘Courier Guy’ to ‘OneB’ service.
If you have requested a replacement as opposed to a refund the return shipping costs for items which fall under the warranty period, are paid for by OneB.
Returns will be processed within 4 days from the date of receipt by us which includes a 48 hour period for technical assessment.
Following the technical Assessment OneB reserves the right to first repair the product failing which a new replacement will be sent.
We offer a 6 Month Warranty on all our products. If you experience issues with your product, please contact us to see if we can help you fix the issue first before returning the product to us. Should we not be able to resolve the issue, we will exchange your product. This does not include any items that have water damage (Besides water proof products) or any other physical damage caused by the purchaser. .
