Within 7 Days of Delivery:
Eligible for a refund less delivery fees if the item does not meet your expectations.
Conditions: The item must be in resalable condition, unused, in original packaging with all attachments, accessories, and documentation. No refund or exchange for items delivered and assembled by the company.
If a refund is selected, promotional free or bundled items must also be returned.
Within 6 Months of Delivery:
For faulty products within the first 6 months, replacements, repairs, or refunds will be provided at a minimal cost.
Conditions: Same conditions as above. No refund or exchange for items delivered and assembled by the company.
If a refund is selected, promotional free or bundled items must also be returned.
Returns Fees:
Additional charges if opting for item collection by the company. Customers can bring items to the warehouse in Amalgam, Johannesburg.
Items returned after 7 days or after 6 months will incur collection, delivery, and processing fees.
Returns Policy 6 Months After Delivery – Manufacturer Warranty:
If a fault arises after 6 months but within the manufacturer's warranty, the company will send the goods to the manufacturer for assessment.
The manufacturer will determine the validity of the claim based on their warranty policy.
The manufacturer's warranty covers defects in the manufacturing process but does not cover damage caused by lightning or power surges, misuse or abuse, usage contrary to the instruction manuals, or accidental damage.
