RETURNS POLICY

We value our customers and we are committed to provide the best Electrical products and service across the nation.

The Returns Policy states that a credit note will only be processed in the event of the following:

• The Return form and RTS/POD has been signed.
• Goods listed on the return form need to be returned in full and with the original packaging.
• Goods with price and marked will not be accepted.
• Short-supplied goods need to be queried 7 working days after delivery/signed date of delivery.
• Credit notes for faulty/damaged goods have a turnaround time of 2 working days from day of delivery.
• A 15% handling fee will be charged for goods returned which were supplied correctly.
• All buyout items will require a 20 % or 25 % handling fee if being returned depending on supplier.
• All price difference queries need to be emailed to [email protected] or [email protected] within the same month of query.
• All stock returned must be accompanied by a copy of an invoice or an invoice number, drivers are instructed not to uplift goods without any paperwork and approval.
