Return Eligibility:
Products eligible for return must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact Leroy Merlin Customer Service team
Customers are responsible for the full cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.
Refund Procedure:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund.
The refund amount will be the purchase price minus the initial shipping cost and a 5% Cancellation Fee:
Damaged or Defective Products:
If the product is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact our Customer Service team immediately
We may provide a prepaid return label for damaged or defective items.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers are advised to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
