We offer a 30-Day money-back Return/Exchange Guarantee on all products from date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return/refund/exchange, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it: Unworn, Unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If at all Used, Dirty, Smelly, and/or Damaged; due to the wear & tear nature of the product - we cannot return/refund/exchange.

To start a return/refund/exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, details for courier collection, as well as instructions on how to pay for the return shipping (R100 per product) per return order, as per our shipping policy (If Applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted. Should items be damaged/faulty on arrival - the return courier will be completely on us!

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
