This return policy is valid for 30 days after the date of your purchase. Thereafter, we cannot accept your return. Custom made/ Products manufactured for customers are non-refundable. Conditions of return The item that you want to return must be in its original packaging and be unused to be eligible for a return. We do not accept returns of gift cards or vouchers. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
