To log your returns directly with Fastgigs if still with 7 days after delivery please send us an email on [email protected]
You will need to provide us with the following:
·The reason for the return
·The invoice for each item returned
·The banking details where you would like us to deposit your refund
Please ensure that the returned item is well packaged in the original packing, as sensitive products not packed well might be damaged in transit and this will not be refunded if the items were not correctly packaged.
In the event the seller policy is not defined then Customers will need to pay courier fees for collection and delivery to the address that will be provided once communication has been sent on email.
Refund; this needs to be logged within 3 working days of receiving delivery of the product. All products returned will be inspected, we will inform you on email once we have received the product back and confirm whether this item is eligible for a refund after the inspection process is complete. Once we have approved the return it will take 3-5 working days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account.
