We are pleased to offer a 30-day exchange warranty on all items. This warranty covers the structural integrity of our products, ensuring you receive the highest quality. Please note that this warranty does not cover damages incurred after delivery.

To make an exchange, simply ensure the items are in their original packaging and the same condition in which you received them. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a 15% handling fee will apply to all exchanges.

We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected. While we are unable to take responsibility for items that don’t fit in your space or any damages caused while trying to fit them, we strive to provide accurate measurements and descriptions to help you make the best choice.

If an item does not carry a warranty, this will be clearly indicated in the product description. Additionally, we are not responsible for any third-party installations on our products.

Please note: Any defects on the products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photos showing the defect or damage.

Important: As our products are made per order, no refunds will be issued. Exchanges are allowed as per our exchange policy and are subject to the 15% handling fee.
