The Woodmaster

The Customer has the right to return any product purchased for any reason, according to applicable laws. In accordance with applicable law, The customer has the right to cancel without reason and with the only penalty of the shipping costs any transaction for the supply of the products(if canceled after shipment). The Woodmaster will impose a longer cooling-off period, and we will ensure that this period is communicated with the customer. Should the customer exercise their right of return or cooling-off period, the Woodmaster will cancel and refund the order with the exclusion of shipping costs. The procedure of cancellation or return/refund will be pointed out in a link in the order confirmation. The Woodmaster will also specify the address for all returns of products. The Woodmaster hereby states that all returns will be done through The Woodmaster and NOT through Leroy Merlin. All returns/ repairs/ replacements of the product will not exceed 14 calendar days after receipt of the product unless otherwise agreed with the customer for good reason. Where the customers request relates to a mistake in the order processing, the customers request will be processed within a maximum time period of 24 hours.
The Woodmaster will accept returns(regardless of whether the product has been the subject of reservations/notifications or not on the delivery slip), repairs, exchanges and refunds relating to our products. The Woodmaster will not charge the customer any fees relating to cancellation, return, withdrawal etc. Unless legally entitled to do so.
