Returns Policy:
• No Minimum Credit amount however all below requirements must be adhered too
• Only for acceptable invoices not older than 2 months’ time frame from date of invoice
• Credits do not apply on special deal stock - BBL profiles, bulk deals & Pallet deals
• 5% admin fee on all returns except for Sold stock in warehouse which is subject to 10% handling and admin fee after 1 month
• 15% admin fee applicable for items specially collected by FINfloor - outlying collections will be subject to exact Logistics costs
• Returns will be accepted at management discretion
• No cash refunds will be issued. Credit will be allocated to your account
• We will only accept returns of full unopened boxes in their original, undamaged packaging.
• Returns sent via FINfloor Logistics partner will be subject to a 15% handling fee if accepted
• Finfloor is not responsible for collecting return stock. Stock must be returned to our warehouses by the client
• Stock will be credited at price originally invoiced
• Only current ranges can be returned, no discontinued or special deal stock will be accepted for return
• No returns or Credits on stained engineered flooring, special orders, profiles, consumables and or underlays. Exceptions will be made with regards to swopping out for a different colour or specifically approved by management
