Esizwe Group Returns Policy on Office Furniture.

1. Introduction
At Esizwe Group, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Time Frame: You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

1. Customized or personalized items.
2. Items that have been modified.

4. Return Process
1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
2. Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the items has been damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged Items
Reporting: If your item arrives damaged, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with your order number and photographs of the damaged item.
Replacement: Upon verification of the damage, we will provide you with a return authorization and arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service.
