7 Days return. Gather your product(s) and prepare your package for shipping. When your products are packaged securely to protect against damage and ready to ship, attach your return shipping labels to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 7 days. Returned products must be received by Solarcity SA.

Products that are received by Solarcity SA in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

Any product with a missing, damaged, or altered serial number or warranty label.
Any Product that is returned without all original accessories, including retail box, cables and all other products originally included with the product.
Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged this is not considered a return.
Any product which appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
Not the same product originally purchased from us. If the client wants to return after the order has been shipped the shipping fee will be on the client's costs, and we only can accept the product that has not been opened.
