If the wrong product arrives, or if your product arrives with visible damage, parts missing/stolen etc., please ensure you mark this as such on the delivery note and take pictures and reach out to us as soon as possible. Please do not sign goods as unchecked, as your signature is acceptance of the goods being in good condition and will cause a claim to be rejected.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
