If you wish to return any products, you may do so within 7 days of receiving or collecting them, provided they are unused, complete, in their original condition, and sealed in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, send us the pictures of the items you wish to return or exchange and a brief explanation for the return or exchange to our office whatsapp number +27696014452 / +27696014450. We will review your request within 72 hours and contact you to arrange the next steps.
Important Information:
• You are responsible for delivering the returned item to our collection point. VC Furniture & Design is not liable for any costs associated with returning the item.
• Due to hygiene reasons, linen products and mattresses cannot be returned once they have been opened or used. Returns of these items are at VC Furniture & Designs’ discretion.
• VC Furniture & Design reserves the right to refuse returns for products that have been assembled, partly assembled, or are no longer in their original packaging. Returning such products may incur additional charges at our discretion.
• If the original packaging is missing, you are responsible for ensuring the items are reasonably packaged and protected before returning them. Any damages incurred due to inadequate packaging may result in additional charges at VC Furniture & Designs’ discretion.
• Assembled items are non-returnable if you paid for assembly services.
• Quality control inspections may take up to 3 working days.
• Refunds may take up to 7 working days to process and an additional 3 working days to reflect in your bank account.
• According to Section 44(2) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, the consumer has a 7-day cooling-off period to cancel the transaction without penalty. However, the consumer is liable for the return costs if the goods were dispatched during this period. The cost includes the dispatch/delivery fee for the initial order and a return fee equivalent to the delivery charge in your area, along with any applicable handling fees. This does not apply if the products have been assembled, partly assembled, or where the original packaging has been discarded.
