Return Policy
Products to be returned within a period of 5 working days without any alterations and being vandalized. Products such as carpets and curtains your special attention needs to be taken into consideration pictures in most cases cannot produce perfect colors above all be very considerate before ordering to avoid returns inwards. Shipping Charges will be deducted from the client on all returned products. Products such as artificial flowers, Christmas trees and wedding decoration accessories should be returned inwards only when they broken or distorted the company must be informed immediately on the arrival of the delivery same day to pick the product with pictures showing how distorted or damaged are the products we do not refund such goods after being informed the second day due to some reasons beyond our control.
