In the event that a customer wants to return or cancel the order or purchase (not due to defective device), they will be liable for 25% of the total product and shipping costs.
In the event that the unit is defective (must be assessed by qualified installer) it will be replaced or repaired, by an accredited installer, under the above mentioned warrantees. The shipping costs of a return unit or parts will be covered by the seller (Falco Mons Trading).
