Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the case of damaged or defective products, Light Switches will arrange collection free of charge. Light Switches must be notified by the customer within 30 days of delivery.
Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, use or care of the product, or natural wear and tear. All Light Switches, lighting products and sockets must be installed by a certified electrician. Additionally, this warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Changed your mind?
In the case of buyers remorse or unwanted items, Light Switches will arrange collection from the customer and will attract a charge of R120.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
