IQ Air Conditioner

1. General Return Conditions
• Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• A 10% handling or cancellation fee may apply to all approved returns not caused by a product defect or IQ error.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) must accompany all return requests.
• Items returned without prior approval or outside the return period will not be accepted.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
• Please inspect all goods upon delivery or collection.
• Any visible damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to IQ Airconditioners via Leroy Merlin’s customer service platform.
• If a unit is found to be defective, it will be assessed by an approved IQ technician. Repairs or replacements will only be processed once the unit has been evaluated and confirmed to be faulty due to manufacturing issues.
3. Warranty Returns
• Warranty is valid only if installation and service are performed by a qualified and approved IQ technician.
• The warranty covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover:
o Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence.
o Units tampered with or serviced by unauthorized technicians.
• Spare parts under warranty will only be replaced once the faulty part is returned and tested by IQ’s technical team.
4. Refunds
• Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned goods.
5. Installation-Related Returns
• Units incorrectly installed by non-approved technicians are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
• Gas pressure and system checks must comply with IQ’s specifications (125–140 psi on cooling mode).
• Warranty claims will only be valid when accompanied by an installation report from an approved IQ technician.
6. Non-Returnable Items

• Products were damaged after leaving IQ Air conditioners’ premises without being reported within 48 hours.
