Return and Refund policy
Refund or exchange can only be done within 7 days of the purchase. No items will be refunded/exchanged after 7 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please make sure to include any accessories, manuals, or other documentation that came with the product.
An amount of R100 is required for courier to be sent for item collection, unless the customer opt to use their own courier.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return procedure specified below.
Procedure to return faulty or incorrect goods.
Please explain the problem you are experiencing clearly in your message.
Please include clear pictures of the problem. For example, if there is an error message on the screen of the printer, please take a picture of that.
If there is toner leaking out of a cartridge or a part missing or broken, please take a picture of the exact problem. If we only receive a picture of the cartridge box for example it is difficult to see what the problem is. Valuable time will be lost sending emails back and forth to get a clear description of the problem. Please assist us to resolve your problem as fast as possible by providing good examples of the above-mentioned requirements.
In most cases the incorrect/faulty stock will first have to be returned to the warehouse for testing/inspection before the replacement order can be issued.
What is the Restocking fee?
There are no restocking applicable for all orders
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
