Items exchanges are only available for items that you received in a non-human damaged or non-working condition, or the item is not what you ordered is incorrectly shipped to you. To confirm what the issue is, a picture or video proof of the issue is a must. If the issue or fault can not be determined via photographic or video method, the item needs to be returned to Untamed for inspection and assessment at your own cost. If we confirm it is DOA, we will resend a new one for free (we will assume all shipping costs) within 7 days or you can ask for a full refund.

Within 7-days of the item received date you may return items purchased with a full refund of your purchase price if you have chosen the incorrect product or are unhappy with the product.
