Returns
1.1.
You may return the item purchased within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange or repair where applicable, provided the items is:
1.1.1.
unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Please also refer to the list below for items that are ineligible for return or refund; and
1.1.2.
accompanied by proof of purchase which may be in the form of an order confirmation email, digital receipt, or order number.
1.2.
Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and that all accessories, parts, and any promotional items are included in the return. If any of these are missing, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to replace only the portion of the item returned, as permitted by law.
2.
Items not eligible for return
2.1.
The items listed below are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety restrictions:
2.1.1.
no returns or exchanges are accepted for any undergarments or swimwear under any circumstances. This policy applies even if the items have not been worn or if the packaging or labels remain intact, due to hygiene reasons;
2.1.2.
earrings and other body-piercing jewellery are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, even if they have not been worn;
2.1.3.
once opened, cosmetics like makeup, skincare products, oral care products and fragrances are not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns;
2.1.4.
Hair accessories such as hairbrushes, combs, and hair ties cannot be returned if they show any signs of use. If these items did not originally come with packaging, they also cannot be returned, as we cannot verify their condition or determine if they have been used;
2.1.5.
personal grooming devices like razors, electric shavers, and trimmers cannot be returned once the protective seal is removed or it is opened due to hygiene and safety reasons;
2.1.6.
mattress protectors cannot be returned if the packaging is opened or the hygiene seal is broken, regardless of whether the items have been used;
2.1.7.
food and drink items are not returnable if opened or partially used, due to safety reasons; and
2.1.8.
custom-made or special order items are generally non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged. Due to their personalised nature, these products are made to your specific requirements and cannot be resold;
2.1.9.
downloadable content, e-books, and activated software cannot be returned once accessed or activated due to their digital nature and licensing agreements.
In addition to the specific items listed above, any other products that fall into similar hygiene or safety categories may also be deemed non-returnable at our discretion.

The return process
3.1.

3.2.
When contacting us, include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This information will help us process your request promptly.
3.3.
After reviewing your request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions. This may include a return shipping address and any necessary return forms.
3.4.
Please follow the return instructions carefully. This will include packaging requirements and the return shipping address. Ensure that all items being returned are in their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labels.
3.5.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and any promotional items that came with it. If the original packaging is unavailable, use a sturdy box or envelope to prevent damage during shipping.
3.6.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to determine its eligibility for a return or refund. For defective products, we will promptly process a replacement or refund as appropriate.
3.7.
Returns are typically processed within 10 Business Days of receipt. To the extent possible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 Business Days after we approve the return. If we are unable to process the refund through the original payment method, we may issue the refund by way of EFT or cash. In such cases, we will contact you to obtain your bank account details.
