Return Policy
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

In the event that an order is cancelled after despatch, all the shipping charges will be for the customer’s account.

Should the return reason be that the customer has “changed my mind”, all shipping charges will be for the customer’s account.

All warranty claims will be evaluated before acceptance and the outcome communicated accordingly. Return shipping charges, if applicable, will be for the account of Vende Marketplace.

In the event of a warranty claim, where possible, damaged components will be replaced, at the discretion of Vende Marketplace. Should damaged or missing components be identified on receipt, please contact us so that we can resolved the issue immediately.

All returns must be packed in the original packaging, where possible, and be packed in such a way as to limit the potential for damage in transit.
