To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories that were sold with that product. Items returned to us, without all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product may be refused. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, reply to your order confirmation email and indicate which product you would like to return. If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If any of the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right either to refuse the return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as perishable goods and personal care or sanitary goods. We also do not accept returns on chemicals, hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Computer and gaming software and other copyrighted materials cannot be returned
All sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
We cannot accept returns on gift cards
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects:
Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect usage of the product
Damage caused by lightning or power surges
Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product
Goods used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were manufactured
Accidental damage
Exchanges:
The easiest way to exchange a defective or damaged item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less shipping costs and applicable restocking/processing fees) on your original payment method. Please note that it may take between 7 and 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Manufacturer warranty:
Certain items carry their full manufacturer's warranty. Such manufacturer warranty is restricted to the costs of repair or replacement of faulty goods or refund of the purchase price at the sole discretion of groplus.co.za and its suppliers after investigation and testing of the product. All Manufacturer warranties are contingent upon the proper use in the application for which the product was intended and excludes products which have been tampered with, has been subjected to physical damage, abuse, misuse, neglect and improper maintenance, and warranty stickers have been removed and seals on equipment have been broken by anyone other than the manufacturer's representative.
