UVH Return Policy
At UVH, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item under the following conditions:
Returns & Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Certain products, such as medical disposables and hygiene products, are non-returnable for health and safety reasons unless defective.
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
2. Provide proof of purchase and a reason for the return.
3. Once approved, return the product to the address provided.
4. Upon inspection, a refund or replacement will be issued.
Refunds & Exchanges
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the item is received and inspected.
• Exchanges will be provided for defective or incorrect items.
• If the return is due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product (not due to a defect or incorrect item), the customer will be responsible for the return delivery costs.
Exceptions
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos as proof.
• Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.
