Return & Refund Policy
1. Strict Return Window
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.
No returns will be processed after this period.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Only items that are unopened, unused, and in original packaging are eligible.
Items that have been opened, assembled, installed, tested, or used are not eligible, unless proven defective.
3. No Refund for “Change of Mind” After Use
Returns for change of mind are only valid if the product is in brand-new condition.
Once the product shows any signs of handling, assembly, or usage, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
4. Defective or Incorrect Deliveries
Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with proof (photos/videos).
We will inspect and, if valid, cover the replacement or refund at no cost to you.
5. Refund Method
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a proven defect or incorrect delivery.
6. Return Costs
For “change of mind” returns, the customer bears full courier costs.
For defective/incorrect items, we will cover the return costs.
Change of Mind Returns (Discretionary)
We do not accept returns for change of mind as a standard policy.
In exceptional cases where a return is approved at our discretion, the following will apply:
A handling/restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be charged.
Courier/transport costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
7. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance.
