Softlife Living – Return & Refund Policy
At Softlife Living, we are committed to providing high-quality homeware and wellness products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
Non-returnable items:

Used, washed, or altered products.
Items not in their original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Clearance or final sale items.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support team via email or through the Leroy Merlin marketplace within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. The item must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
Return Shipping Costs:
If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, Softlife Living will cover the shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item after receiving and verifying the return.
