Muett Trading – Returns & Refund Policy

At Muett Trading, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and exceptional customer service. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

-The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
-All packaging, components, and accessories must be intact.
-Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

2. Non-Faulty Returns (Change of Mind / No Issues Found)

If the product is not faulty and you wish to return it:
-You will receive a partial refund.
-Courier/shipping fees to and from Muett Trading will be deducted from the refund amount.
-The remaining balance will be refunded once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product:
-Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.
-Once approved, Muett Trading will cover all shipping/courier costs.
-A replacement or full refund will be issued.

5. Refunds / Exchanges

-Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
-Courier/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
- Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items, or if stock allows.
