Eligibility:
- Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
- Products must not have been used or tampered with.
- All original documentation, including instructions and labels, must be included.

Return Process:
(1) Contacts us: Reach out to our customer service team via email to initiate the return process.
(2) Ship the product back: Send the product back to us at the address provided.

Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
_ Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving the returned product.

Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for returns.
- Products that have been used or tampered with will not be accepted for returns.
