• Damaged Items: If you receive damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of
delivery.
• Handling Fee: A 10% handling fee will apply to all returns due to client negligence.
• Return Transportation: Clients must arrange for the return of goods to the Deli
warehouse (located at Deli Stationery, Unit 13, Growthpoint Business Park, 162 Tonetti St, Halfway House, Midrand, 1685. Contact Shawn Thomas 0846945629) if the return is due to their negligence.
• Condition of Items: All items must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Full Packs: We will only accept full packs; broken packs will not be accepted.
• Payment Return: Payments will be issued only after returned stock has been received and inspected by the warehouse manager.
• Return Timeline: Items purchased over 14 days prior cannot be returned for credit.
