Items must be returned in their original packaging, original condition and unused
In the event of a defective item delivered or change of mind please reject the courier delivery if not possible please inform the seller within 7 days and will either be exchanged or refunded
Change of mind returns: please contact the call center or seller via the refunds/return portal within 7 days If accepted, the item must be returned at the buyer’s expense, and shipping fees will not be refunded. If an order is cancelled after 7 days a 15% handling fee will be charged.
Refunds will be completed by Leroy Merlin to the card used for payment and will take 5-7 working days to reflect in the account.
If an order is cancelled before the item is shipped a full refund will be given however if cancelled after the item was shipped as partial refund will be granted as shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller error or a defective item.
