Return conditions:
1. Products are eligible for refund within 14 days of receipt of item, upon presentation of
proof of purchase
2. Products returned should be in original saleable condition with the original packaging
intact
3. Images may be required to prove damages or defects.
Defective products delivered:
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and
without defects.
If the customer receives an item that is defective, please notify us as soon as you are aware
of this defect, within 14 days after receipt of item.
We will arrange collection from you at no charge, once we have inspected the product and
validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair/ replace the product if possible, or refund
back to you.
Incorrect product delivered:
We do our best to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated
delivery times and fees are accurately reflected.
Should an incorrect item be delivered to you, please notify us immediately.
Please do not remove the product from its original packaging, or any of the stickers or labels.

How to prepare for a return:

Shipping costs:
CHI Components does not cover the shipping cost for returns. Shipping costs are non-
refundable, however, if items are returned for replacement, Chi Components will cover the
shipping cost to dispatch the replaced item back to the customer.
The return address will be communicated to the customer.
The following products are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Products which are “made to order” or custom made to your specifications, unless
defective.
- Products on sale or promotions.
- Products that have been discontinued.
- Products that have exceeded 14 days after receipt of item.
Charges:
If an item is returned for whatever reason, but failure to return all included accessories,
and parts sold with the item. CHI Components is entitled to (subject to applicable law)
invoice the customer to reimburse the missing items.

accessories and parts sold with the product, Chi Components is entitled (subject to
applicable law) to refuse the return, and only replace the item returned.
If an incorrect item is delivered and refund is logged, but customers failure to return the

invoice or debit the customer from the refund for the missing item(s).
