1. Replacement Eligibility
* You may request replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
* Eligible items must be unassembled, in original condition, and in original packaging.
* A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. When replacements are accepted
* Items damaged in transit
* Incorrect items delivered
* Manufacturing defects (evaluated case-by-case)

3. Replacement Process
* To request a replacement:
* Contact us via the Leroy Merlin platform within 7 days of delivery.
* Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos showing the item’s condition.

4. Important Rules
* Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.
* Custom-made and made-to-order items are crafted specifically for each customer and cannot be returned or refunded.
* Replacement shipping is freely if the issue was due to damage, defect or seller error.
* Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted or replaced.
