Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Change of Mind Returns & Handling Fee

If you no longer want the product you ordered — and the item is not defective or incorrect — you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Please note:
• A handling fee will apply, based on the delivery and/or assembly fee agreed upon at the time of order.
• This fee covers the original delivery, assembly (if applicable), and collection logistics.
• The handling fee amount will be communicated and agreed upon before collection is arranged.
• Items must still meet all standard return eligibility requirements listed above.

Because our products are made to order and we do not keep stock on hand, we unfortunately do not offer size, color, or style exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
