Refunds/repairs/replacements will not exceed a period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the product. All goods returned need to be in the original packaging and condition. Only PerfectAire Microbeshield solutions may be used in the units. Failure to comply with correct handling and cleaning of the units, will result in the 1 year warranty period being nil and void. In the event of a customer changing their mind regarding the purchase and it falls within the time frame period of our returns policy, PerfectAire will accept the return, however the customer will still be liable for the shipping fees incurred on both delivery and collection/upliftment of the product via the courier service company. If an order is cancelled before the parcel reaches the customer, but it has already been booked and sent out via the courier for delivery, the client may cancel the order, but will be liable for all and any courier fees incurred. This relates to the collection fee of the parcel from PerfectAire offices and/or delivery fee to the customers address, as well as the return cost incurred for the parcel to be shipped back to PerfectAire SA premises. Where orders are cancelled or returned, refunds will be offered, but this will not be at the full value of the order, but will be the prices excluding the cost of any courier fees incurred for the delivery and/or collection of returned items.
