Return Policy
Since all our furniture is custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, the selected color cannot be changed unless we are notified within 48 hours of purchase. This is because manufacturing may begin immediately.
Color Disclaimer: Colors chosen from our swatch collection are as close as possible to the actual fabric, but slight variations may occur. Refunds will not be provided for minor color differences.
Custom Orders & Deposits: For custom orders made through LayUp & Float, a 10% deposit is required to secure the order. While any payments made beyond this deposit will be refunded if the order is canceled, the initial deposit itself is non-refundable.
