Cornerstone Cabinetry Exchange & Warranty Policy

At Cornerstone Cabinetry, all our products are made to order, which means that refunds are not available. However, we do allow exchanges within our policy guidelines, subject to a 15% handling fee.

We are proud to offer a 30-day exchange warranty that covers the structural integrity of our products. This ensures that you receive items built to high standards of craftsmanship and durability. Please note that this warranty does not cover any damage incurred after delivery.

If a product does not carry a warranty, it will be clearly stated in the product description. Additionally, we do not accept responsibility for third-party installations or issues resulting from them.

Should your item arrive with a defect or damage, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To process this, we require clear photographs showing the issue so we can assess and assist you accordingly.

While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions and measurements, we understand that items might not always fit your intended space. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for incorrect fit or damage caused while attempting installation.

To request an exchange, please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when received. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 15% handling fee applies to all exchanged items.
