1. You may return new, unopened items (seals must be intact) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Aqua Plastech will pay the shipping costs if the return is because of our error (Incorrect or defective item was received).
3. International Returns - For orders shipped outside South Africa, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable.
4. If you need to return an item please email us before returning to obtain a return authority number. You should email us at [email protected] with your details e.g. (name, address, phone, item purchased and reason for return).
5. We will provide a return address and return authority so you can return the goods. A refund will normally be processed within 3 working days of us receiving the goods in our warehouse.
6. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
