You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Upon return, you are responsible for the goods being packed securely. You bear the risk of the item up to the time of delivery of the item. You can usefully reuse the packaging from thulawall.co.za. The absence of original packaging may represent a decrease in value if the panels are damaged in transit, so to be sure to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in the original packaging or something closely aligned. Enclose a copy of the order confirmation or clearly state which order number it is regarding.

The condition of the item when you send it back

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, the product needs to be returned undamaged and unused. You are allowed to test the product, but do not take it in real use. If a product has been used, the depreciation will be deducted from your refund. Therefore, be sure to keep the packaging on the goods until you are sure that you will not make use of the right of cancellation.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid back. In the event of depreciation for which you are liable, the amount of the purchase will be deducted. If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (If the goods have not been shipped as of yet) , without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will carry out such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have submitted, before then, proof of return.
