Return Policy
Provided that your order is not a customized item, you can return it if not satisfied with your order within 7 days in new condition for a refund minus the shipping charges. It is therefore imperative to inspect your order upon reception in order to contact us immediately should there be a defect on the item or if the item ordered is not the one that has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Wooden products policy:

Majority of our wooden products are made using real wood veneers. Please note that wood changes in colour overtime when exposed to natural light and oxygen. Please keep this in mind when purchasing wood products. We do not recommend our products in areas exposed to natural sunlight or water/steam.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved Leroy Merlin will process your refund.
