NAYA Product Guarantee, Warranty & Returns
At NAYA, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, shower enclosures that you can trust.
1. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee that our tempered safety glass panels will arrive free from scratches, chips, blemishes, or manufacturing defects. While glass breakage during or after installation cannot be covered (due to accidents or misuse), we thoroughly inspect every panel before delivery.
2. Shipping Damage Policy (Delivery Guarantee)
We take great care to package every order securely, and all products are inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged — including broken glass — please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, we require:
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
• Your order number and delivery details
• Please inspect your delivery carefully upon receipt. Claims for delivery damage cannot be accepted after this 48-hour period.
3. 1-Year Limited Warranty
All aluminium frames, seals, rollers, and hardware components are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
This warranty excludes:
• Accidental damage or breakage of glass during or after installation
• Improper installation or use outside normal conditions
• Normal wear on seals and rollers beyond the warranty period
