Return Policy
If the item is still within the warranty period, a return can be issued. A copy of the Invoice the item was purchased on needs to be provided via email with a brief description of what the issue is. The item needs to be returned to our returns department after the email has been approved for returns. The item will then be assessed whether it must be repaired or replaced. If the warranty has expired this will be at the cost of the customer to replace or repair. A quote will be sent before repairs for approval before repairs begin. Shipping cost is non-refundable, only if the unit is seen as faulty. Please note if the order is cancelled the shipping fee will not be refunded.
