Eligibility for Returns

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must have all tags attached.
It must be in its original packaging.
You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] and we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. We will send you a return label so please do not send items back to us without first requesting a return.

Damages and Issues

We take product quality seriously. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, or damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] This allows us to evaluate the issue and either issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

Gift cards.

If you reach out to us via email, please check your spam folder, as our emails may occasionally end up there.

Exchanges

If you want to ensure you receive the desired item, you can return the item you have using the return label at no additional cost to you. Once we have received and inspected the return, we will ship the new item to you.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received, inspected, and accepted or rejected your return. In the case of an accepted return, we will inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund which is around 3 to 5 business days.
