DecorMama Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unassembled (unless delivered assembled).

The item must be returned in original packaging with all parts and accessories.

Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to reject or partially refund items that show signs of use, damage, scratches, missing parts, or improper re-packaging.

2. Change of Mind / Size / Preference Returns

If you wish to return an item due to:

Size preference

Change of mind

Space constraints

Incorrect selection

The following costs will be deducted from your refund:

Original delivery fee

Collection fee

Assembly fee (if the item was assembled prior to dispatch)

Handling and quality control fee

These are service costs already rendered and are non-refundable.

3. Items Returned in Used or Damaged Condition

If a product is returned:

Scratched

Disassembled incorrectly

Damaged

Missing parts

Showing signs of use

DecorMama reserves the right to:

Deduct a restoration or damage fee
OR

Reject the return if the item is not in resellable condition.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Faulty Orders)

If your item arrives:

Damaged

Defective

Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

If approved:

A replacement will be sent at no cost
OR

A full refund will be issued

In these cases, no fees will be deducted.

5. Assembly Disclaimer

Many of our furniture items are received unassembled from overseas manufacturers.

If assembly is requested or completed prior to dispatch, the assembly service fee is non-refundable, as this service has already been rendered.

6. Refund Processing

Once a return is:

Collected

Received at our warehouse

Inspected and approved

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow:

7–10 working days for refund reflection (depending on your bank)

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, return fees may apply depending on the reason for the exchange.
