While we believe you’ll love your new purchase, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Therefore, our returns policy is simple:
• Items must be returned in their original packaging; otherwise, no refund will be granted. If the item you received is damaged or defective, please report it to us within 10 days of receipt. We will promptly send replacement parts or replace the entire set, as needed.
• Our ceiling fans are covered by manufacturer warranties. We will repair, replace, or refund any item within the warranty period from the date of purchase.
• If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind or any non-manufacturing issues, please make sure the item is in its original packaging and returned to us within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. A 10% handling fee, along with any additional courier charges, will be applied. Please note that items that have already been installed are not eligible for a refund. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility; however, we can arrange for our in-house couriers to collect it from you.
• Items not returned in 100% resalable condition may incur a deduction from 20% to no refund of the product purchase value, determined upon receipt and assessment. Refunds will be processed via EFT (bank deposit) or the original payment method on receipt of the returned goods. We will contact you for your nominated bank details.
