1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7–14 days of delivery (depending on your store policy—recommended: 7 days for electronics).

Items must be in original, unopened packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.

Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Opened or used electronics (unless faulty).

Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair.

Software, downloadable products, or digital licenses.

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable".

Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued after we inspect and verify the returned item.

If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items).

5. Exchanges & Replacements

Defective items may be exchanged or replaced within the return period at no additional cost.

If the same item is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

6. Warranty Claims

For electronics covered under manufacturer warranty, claims may need to be processed directly with the manufacturer as per their policy.

7. Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described upon delivery, notify us within 48 hours for a free return and replacement.
