Return & Exchange Policy


A) Short Customer-Friendly Version (For invoices/quotes
• Returns accepted within 7 working days with proof of purchase.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resalable.
• Non-returnable items: Used fire extinguishers, installed hose reels/nozzles, and special-order products.
• Defects/Damages: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/installation.
• We offer replacements, exchanges, or store credit. Refunds only apply where an exchange is not possible.
• Warranty claims are handled according to manufacturer terms.

1. General Conditions
• • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns or exchanges.
• • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition unless defective.
• • Returns must be made within 7 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• • Fire extinguishers that have been discharged or installed.
• • Fire hose reels, nozzles, or accessories once installed.
• • Customized or special-order products.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
• • If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon delivery or installation, Gasela Fire Projects will offer a replacement, exchange, or repair at no additional cost.
• • Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery/installation.
4. Refunds
• • Refunds will only be issued for products that meet the return conditions and cannot be replaced or exchanged.
• • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after approval.
5. Exchanges & Store Credit
• • Customers may exchange eligible items for a product of equal or greater value.
• • Alternatively, a store credit voucher may be issued for future purchases if preferred.
6. Warranties
• • Certain products are covered under manufacturer or supplier warranties.
• • Warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
