Returns & Refunds

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be:
- In its original packaging
- Undamaged
Any unused or undamaged products are to be returned for the customer's account. a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the customers refund should the supplier not be at fault.

Should a customer receive a damaged product, a claim with photos must be logged within 24hours and the damaged item must be indicated on the courier waybill.

The supplier will investigate the claim and should the supplier/courier be at fault, the supplier will arrange for a pick-up at the customer. Once the product has been returned to the supplier a replacement product will be shipped on the suppliers account.
