Returns
1. Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging, labels, and accessories.
2. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs aren’t eligible for return.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Digital products or software licenses.
Final sale or clearance items.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
For faulty or incorrect orders, Prohype will cover shipping costs after we verify the issue.
5. Restocking / Handling Fee
For non-defective items returned for reasons such as “change of mind,” “ordered wrong item,” or other non-fault-related reasons:
• A restocking/handling fee of 10% of the item’s purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
• This fee helps cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing.
• Restocking fees do not apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
6. Returns After 14 Days (Within Warranty Period)
If your product develops a fault after the 14-day return window but within the manufacturer's warranty period, you may still be eligible for a return or replacement.
