Returns
Please note returns will only be replaced if the asset was damaged by manufacture. Meaning a manufacturing defect.

Before the product is returned, pictures of the damages will need to be send to the manufacturer in order to advise if the product will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturer. If the fault was a manufacturer fault this means that the manufacture will be liable for the transport cost on collecting asset from the buyer and delivering the asset back to buyer. If the damaged asset is not a manufacturer fault. Please note that the asset will need to be claimed under the transport service to replace the damaged asset while in transit.

Returns will need to be logged within in 2days of delivery of asset received by buyer.

Any order cancelled after shipment buyer is responsible for cost on travel and back to warehouse. This is totally depended on the item cost.

If a buyer is received the asset and not happy with the asset. The buyer is responsible to return the asset to the manufacturer.
